Cherry Central's grower processors provide manufacturers and distributors with the finest frozen red tart cherries, blueberries, dark sweet cherries, Damson plums and apple cuts in customer-driven packs and styles from New York, Michigan, Wisconsin, Utah and Washington.

Ingredient, repack or bulk distribution, whatever the customer requirement, Cherry Central is the source for dried cherries, wild and cultivated blueberries, cranberries and strawberries, along with other fruits. Third party-certified production and distribution facilities in Shelby, Michigan and Payson, Utah provide cost efficient advantages for our customers; both are Kosher certified plants.

Optimum moisture consistency, balanced with sweetness and real fruit flavor, is the result of advanced drying techniques. Visual appeal, piece identity, shelf stability, dietary fiber, complementary flavor and the absence of coloring, are just a few of the many advantages of Cherry Central’s dried fruit. In addition, preservatives and sulfites are never used, and most of the dried fruits are GMO free. A Certificate of Analysis is available for each shipment.
