The Position: We’re looking a National Sales Manager, Private Label
SUMMARY
Responsible for maximizing sales and processor returns. Manage the private label department by planning, budgeting, and working with current and potential Cherry Central customers to maximize sales, profitability, and distribution. To achieve the budgets identified in the annual business plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned:
- Coordinate all sales, monitor private label conditions, and maintain a preferred supplier status with all customers.
- Prepare annual fiscal and pack year case and dollar forecasts. Monitor results on a regular basis.
- Conduct semiannual business reviews with all major customers.
- Communicate to our customers regular and special pricing with notification to the appropriate Cherry Central staff and processors.
- Monitor competitive prices and market conditions, communicate the information with Cherry Central management and processors.
- Participate in customer selling shows and review the results of each show. Determine if we are to continue participation based on these results.
- Continue to pursue potential new customers and increase distribution with new items at existing customers.
- Monitor the competitive environment for new additions to our categories for both branded and private label, i.e, pinch grip bottles, fruit flavor single serve.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have experience in RFP’s, RFI’s, MOQ’s, Labeling, Prints, Die Lines, Daymon, Topco, and Federated.
